The Law Offices of David J. Zendell, L.L.C. was established in 1968, by the Founder of the firm, David J. Zendell, Esq.  Mr. Zendell is licensed to practice of law. Christopher Hoskey is the firm's sole  associate.  Combined, our attorneys provided  over fifty years of experience in the area of Civil Litigation.  

 

Our firm has an experienced staff and has handled million dollar litigation; yet we are small enough to provide you with the individual attention that you deserve.  No two cases are alike and our staff will take the time to explain the many issues that arise during the course of pursuing a personal injury claim.

David J. Zendell, Esq.,  is founder and managing partner  of  the Paterson, New Jersey firm., which he opened in 1968.  

 

He attended Ohio State University as an undergraduate and received his B.A. in political science in 1963 and attended Ohio State Uninversity Law School, where he received his LL.B.. in 1966 and awarded the degree of J.D. in 1967.  Mr. Zendell became a member of the New Jersey Bar in 1966 and the New York Bar in 1982. 

 

A a member of the New Jersey Bar Association since 1966 and the Passaic County Bar Association since 1973,  he was also former Special Counsel to the late Honorable Chrisptoher J. Jackman, a member of  the New Jersey Senate and General Assembly. 

 

Mr. Zendell served  municipal prosecutor in the Borough of Wanaque from 1974-1975.   He served as a commissioner on the State of New Jersey Economic Development Commission of New Jersey  from 1982-1985 .    He has also served as Counsel to the CASA Program and to the  Anti- Poverty Agency of Paterson 1983. 

 

Mr. Zendell was appointed as a member of  the State of New Jersey Economic Development Authority in 1982 and as a member of the Passaic Department of Economic Development  in 1985.  He was confirmed as  member of the  New Jersey Urban Development  Corporation ;

 

Mr. Zendell  has received numerous awards and commendations from the Desfile Puertorriqueno De Paterson, Inc., for his loyal voluntary work and financial support to Paterson's Puerto Rican Day Parade.  Mr. Zendell continues to give back to the legal community by sponsoring a scholarship in his name at Ohio State University Law school for  deserving students from the State of New Jersey.
